IHA International was founded in the 1990's by its principal following over a decade of distinguished work in both the private and corporate sectors with a specialized focus on property tax consulting, assessment appeals and financing appraisals for hospitality assets. The vision was to build a firm that would set the benchmark for hotel, resort and casino valuations worldwide.
What began as a niche consultancy service has since evolved into a leading valuation and advisory firm with a broad geographic reach. Over the past four decades, IHA has completed thousands of hotel valuation assignments, ranging from boutique hotels and luxury resorts to full scale casino complexes. IHA's clients include independent hotel owners, institutional investors, REITs, public agencies and national hotel brands.
